The cozy electric fireplace in my room added a lovely touch, and the charming decor gave off cute grandma vibes. The staff were attentive and caring.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Redlands, California, and restaurant options. It also was near casino. The rooms were brand-new and impressive and the bathroom was spotless.

Inside and out, Everything is neat and clean. Good breakfast and fresh fruit.
In room coffee. The honeymoon suite has a spa jet tub that when turned on makes noise into the adjacent room. Avoid that room.

All the amenities were amazing. Loved the fogless mirror in the shower and had never seen it before. Also have never had many of the bathroom items supplied as in a comb, toothbrush, mouthwash, etc. etc. The TV was great. The bed was very, very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Loved the fresh baked cookie.

Hotel as a whole is absolutely charming and nice, I really enjoyed it.
The room is impressive and cozy with jacuzzi tub. The breakfast is adequate with lots of things to eat and drink. The hotel stuff is informative and courteous. The location of the venue is favourable, right by restaurants and shopping as well as San Bernardino.

The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and the pool looked inviting too. Just a heads up, the coffee machine was out of order during breakfast, but everything else was great 😊

Loved the Temerpedic beds; however, the pillows were so uncomfortable it almost negated the nice comfort of the bed. Would stay again.... Except for the pillows.

The pool was not heated, disappointing, and the hotel's entrance could benefit from better signage. While staff were generally friendly, there were occasional interruptions regarding room guests that felt intrusive.

Attractive and functional room. Excellent T.V.....Wi Fi. Very functional bathroom and dressing room appointments. Surprisingly pleasant area within the compound,witha New Orleans feel, while being convenient to restaurants and easy freeway access. The breakfast room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful.

It need a bathroom for guests at the reception. The hall for coffee would be better if it were larger.
